He addresses all types of activity during his workouts, from core routines, cardio, weight training and also helps you understand eating/drinking/snacking habits that can get in the way of long-term progress. Deep is flexible with respect to scheduling workouts and offers virtual sessions as well, which is important to me as someone who travels frequently for work. Deep has a gym that you can visit, or he will come your space to train you. In short, I highly recommend him as a trainer and foresee working with him for some time.”
